Ability Beyond the Court is a registered 501-( c) 3 registered in the state of Connecticut. All your donations are tax deductible. At the end of your tax make sure you obtain your donation statement.

We believe giving is the most powerful impact humans can make. Therefore your giving is not underestimated no matter how little.

What your contribution does

• It offers a positive life changing experience to give someone to enable us support programs
• Through your donations and support, our efforts are recognized by other nonprofit organizations and help us grow

Any dollar donations are welcome.

Here are some ways your donation will impact the community.

• A donation of $100 will enroll a child in a tennis program in Zambia and they will receive coaching as well as off court mentoring through supporting the Ashe Project.
• A donation of $400 will enable a shipment of donated tennis balls, equipment and other tennis items be sent to Zambia.
• A donation of $1000 or more will allow a new community program to be established and opened at a club or school for a season. The donation will cover some basic learning educational and sports materials to be provided. This donation will also help train an instructor or facilitator of a program.
• A donation of $1000 per year will help support and develop an existing community program in the USA or elsewhere and can also help a scholarship opportunity. This can also help support an in-house developed sustainable project that a community can establish.
• A donation of $10,000 or more will go towards land acquisition, support a capital project or towards fundraising to construct a state of the art facility that will include class rooms, sports grounds, offices or other important space needed.
• A donation of $25,000 or more will enable the donor to determine how the donation will be utilized and as long as all guidelines are met.

Ability Beyond the Court, Inc. is a a tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) organization. All donations are deductible to the full extent of the law. If no goods and services were received by the donor, the contribution is 100% deductible.
